The House by Grupo Malasa is a residential studio and a workspace where design, furniture and complete projects coexist in the same place. We are not a traditional studio or a simple exhibition space: we are a real house, designed to be walked through, lived and imagined.
Here each room – the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, the bathroom, the dressing room – is laid out as it would be in a real home. We do not show isolated products, we show complete spaces. Because we believe that a house is not understood by looking at individual pieces, but by understanding how they coexist with each other, how they are used and how they accompany the day to day.

At The House you can buy directly the furniture on display, order custom-made pieces or rely on our team to develop a complete project. We work from a very simple idea: to adapt to what each person needs at all times, whether it is a single piece or a whole house.
We design and manufacture furniture, advise on the conception of spaces and develop turnkey projects. All under the same criteria: to do things well, with proportion, with good materials and thinking about how the spaces are experienced over time.
Behind The House is Grupo Malasa, with more than 30 years of experience creating spaces and manufacturing custom furniture. This experience allows us to control the entire process, from the initial idea to the final installation, and to ensure that what is designed is exactly what is built.
But The House is not only born as a place to make projects. It is born as a space to inspire, to come and look with time, to touch materials, to sit on a sofa, to open a closet and to imagine how your own house could be.
