A complete housing transformation
.

The intervention began with a complete demolition of the interior, allowing to completely rethink the distribution of the house.

One of the key points of the project was the rehabilitation of the basement, which went from being a secondary space to become a fundamental part of the house. Large windows were incorporated to bring in natural light and the floor plan was reorganized to include:

– Laundry room
– Guest bedroom with private bathroom
– Family living room

On the upper floor, the bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated, updating both the layout and the finishes.

Custom carpentry as part
of the architecture.

One of the most outstanding elements of the project is the staircase, conceived as another architectural element of the complex. Made to measure by Grupo Malasa, it has exposed steps covered in wood, as well as the handrail, integrating naturally into the space and reinforcing the material continuity of the house.

This type of tailor-made solutions allow the carpentry to be not only a functional element, but an essential part of the project’s language.

A project executed in record time.

The complete renovation, conceived as a turnkey project, was executed in a period of only four months, coordinating work, design and execution to achieve a coherent result, carefully and fully adapted to the needs of the house.
