The renovation included leveling the home\u2019s original floor, which <\/strong>allowed us to preserve the home\u2019s original aesthetic, as well as the fabrication of built-in woodwork<\/strong>, such as doors, custom cabinets, the bookshelf, and bathroom furniture.<\/p>

Walnut was used in several of the finishes, appearing in elements such as the bookcase and the bar. It is a warm material that adds rhythm, texture, and visual continuity to the spaces. Its natural tone and grain help create a welcoming atmosphere and connect the different areas of the home, generating a sense of coherence and balance throughout. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Among the custom-made pieces of furniture that stand out in the project are the module designed for the fireplace, crafted from solid and veneered walnut, as well as the metal frame of the kitchen bench.<\/p>
